There are lots of apps to play stream online (IPTV, Radio, VOD) content directly to your Android Phone / Tablet, Mini Stream Player is simple and usable audio and video player, a powerful add your own library of streams to help you pinpoint your favorite content. Find streams url on internet, add using copy paste, import from existing playlist file or even downloading from url a m3u8 playlist. You can also import playlist by scanning Qrcode url / content from internet. This stream player is simple with modern material design recomended by google.
Mini streaming player is the only streaming apps that at same time is a video player, audio player, TV player, stream player. It plays most multimedia files as well as discs, devices, and network streaming protocols with powerful video decoding.
You can use this streaming app as an IPTV player, open and watch IPTV channels from the web or import local m3u8 playlist file. You will need m3u8 playlist for use with this application. If you don't have any m3u8 playlist you can search the web for it.

-Use the built-in Browser to visit your favorite web sites
-Browse to video / audio url to open the play page
-Choose tools menu on , and let the app find the media on the page
